Manifestation Meditation
Meditation is an extremely powerful tool when it comes to manifesting. By meditating, you clear your mind and set your vibrational frequency.
To manifest, the aim is to achieve a high vibration that occurs when you’re happy, focused, and confident. If you have low vibration, you’re more likely to feel sad, negative, and pessimistic.
Remember, you attract what you feel, so whichever vibration you’re feeling, you can expect to receive more of the same.

Step 1 – Relax
Find a space where you are comfortable and won’t be disturbed. You can either sit on the floor, use a chair, lay down, or take up any position that makes you feel relaxed and centered. You should be able to take a deep breath in and out without feeling any sort of discomfort.
If you’re struggling to settle your mind, try lighting a scented candle or play some soft meditation music which should help.
Step 2 – Focus
To focus your attention and stop your mind wandering, concentrate on your breathing. When you are comfortable, take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, and repeat.
The aim is to relax your body further with each breath.
If you find your mind is wandering, counting your breath can sometimes help, i.e breathe in for 4 counts and out for 8 counts.
You should aim for around 20 deep breaths to ground and center yourself, but if you feel you need more then repeat this step for as long as you need.
Step 3 – Visualize
Once you are feeling fully relaxed, you should visualize, in detail, your dreams and desires and picture exactly what it is that you want to attract. The aim is to use all of your senses at this moment.
If you are visualizing your dream job, you should imagine how it feels to be in this position. How will others treat you? What will you wear? What is your office like? How does this job make you feel? Etc. The more detail you can go into, the better.
Step 4 – Gratitude
Gratitude is an energy amplifier and helps to put you in a powerful manifestation state. Once you’ve visualized what it is that you want, you need to focus your attention on all of the current positives in your life.
By showing gratitude for what you already have, you will raise your vibration and attract more of what you are feeling.
Step 5 – Manifest
This final step is the most important in this practice. Once you’ve visualized what you want and shown gratitude for what you already have, you now have to take solid steps towards your goal.
The aim is to ‘live as if’ you already have what you want. Think back to the questions in step 3 – How would you feel? What would you wear? How would you act? Feel the feelings, wear what you would imagine, and act as though you already have the job.
By living as though it is yours, you will move closer to your goal.

The word affirmation means to assert that something exists or is true. By using affirmations in your manifestation practice, you are inviting good wishes and abundance into your life, and confirming that you already believe them to be true.
Affirmations can be a powerful way for you to shift your mindset and help transform your life. When repeating affirmations, it’s good to look at yourself in a mirror and repeat each one for a few minutes at a time.
Alternatively, you can also write affirmations in a journal or place them somewhere you will be able to see them every day.
